About the show

Twenty-something do-or-die firecracker, Juney, believes she has created a utopian stability: dream job in late night, tiny apartment in Manhattan and girls to go out with on the town. When she gets a seizure for the first time since adolescence, she reverts to survivalist tendencies of overcompensating, denial, and a devotion to controlling how others view her epilepsy. The inevitable meltdown of her brain, confidence and trust reveals her core fear: she doesn't want to accept that she is not okay.
